The present invention relates to a corner cabinet with a furniture body and with at least one movable relative to the furniture body drawer, the drawer side walls and an inwardly angled front panel having at least two front panels, which together include an opening angle and which relative to each other and relative to the Side walls are movably mounted.
A generic corner cabinet is described for example in WO 2004/082431 A1 of the applicant. This corner cabinet is intended for installation in a corner of a room. Thus, the two front panels of the inwardly angled front panel do not collide with the front panel adjacent drawers during opening, the two front panels are mounted relative to each other and movable relative to the side walls of the drawer. In this way, the lateral outer edges of the front panels can first be moved past the front panels of the laterally adjacent drawers, whereupon the drawer can be pulled out of the corner cabinet.
It is also already known to move a drawer out of the closed end position into an open division relative to a furniture carcass by means of an ejection device (for example by means of a lockable energy store or by a touch latch fitting). In this case, the ejection device can be activated by manual pressure or pulling exercise on any position of the front panel, after which the drawer can be ejected by an (in particular electrically driven) ejection element from the closed end position into an open position. Such a touch-latch fitting is used in particular when using handleless front panels. However, such a touch-latch fitting alone for the ejection of a corner drawer drawer is not able to eject the drawer from the closed end position, since the front panel of the corner drawer collide during ejection from the closed end position with the front panels of adjacent drawers and thus jammed would.
Object of the present invention is therefore that a drawer of the above-mentioned corner cabinet can be moved by an ejector starting from a closed end position in an open position.
This is achieved by the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent subclaims. 68896-21 / hn 2
According to the invention, it is therefore provided that an ejection device is provided, by means of which the drawer, triggered by manual pulling or pressure exertion on at least one of the two front panels, can be moved starting from a closed position into an open position, wherein the opening angle, which the front panels enclose with one another, before moving out of the drawer from the furniture body by an actuator is reduced in size.
In other words, an actuator is provided, through which a relative movement of the front panels on the, preferably electrical, ejection device is transferable, wherein there is substantially no relative movement between the side walls of the drawer and the furniture body. If, on the other hand, after actuation of at least one front panel, this release stroke is registered by the ejection device, then the opening angle, which the front panels enclose with one another, can be reduced by the actuator, with essentially no relative movement also taking place between the side walls of the drawer and the furniture carcass. Only when the opening angle, which include the two front panels together, has been reduced by the provided actuator to a predetermined opening angle, the drawer of the corner cabinet can be moved by the ejector starting from a closed end position in an open position, without doing the front panels of the corner cabinet collide with the front panels of adjacent drawers.
According to one embodiment, it can be provided that the front panels of the front panel are coupled to each other in motion, wherein a synchronous movement of the at least two front panels can be provided, even if only a single front panel is manually operated. In this way, the tripping stroke is reliably triggered by the operation of a front panel. A synchronous movement of the two front panels can be brought about in a simple manner by cooperating teeth.
For the realization of the actuator several different options can be considered, which can be used not only in each case, but also in combination.
The actuator may for example comprise a steering linkage, wherein the actuator converts a linear movement of the steering linkage in a pivoting movement of the front panels and a pivotal movement of the front panels in a linear movement of the steering linkage.
According to one embodiment, it can be provided that the steering linkage comprises at least two levers hinged together, wherein the at least two levers or adjusting rods - at least in the closed end position of the drawer - coupled in motion with at least one front panel and on the other hand with a drivable ejection element of the electric ejection device are.
Alternatively or additionally, it can be provided that at least one sensor is provided, by which a manual pulling or pressure is detected on at least one front panel, wherein the signals of the sensor to the actuator and / or the electrical ejector can be fed. The transmission of the signals of the sensor can be carried out wirelessly (in particular radio) or in a cable-guided manner. The sensor can be designed as an electrical sensor, preferably a pressure sensor, or as an optical sensor, preferably a camera.
To adjust the front panels can be provided that the actuator has a controllable via the sensor drive device through which after the train or pressure release on at least one front panel, the front panels are movable relative to each other, wherein the opening angle, the einschiießen the front panels together, can be reduced , The controllable by the sensor drive device may include at least one electric motor through which the front panels - are moved to reduce the included angle between the front panels - before moving out of the drawer. This can be done in a simple manner by the fact that the at least two front panels are pivotally mounted relative to each other about a vertical axis in mounting position and that the controllable by the sensor motor brings about a relative adjustment of the two front panels to this vertical axis. If the electric motor is designed to be self-locking, then an overrunning clutch between the electric motor and the front panels can be effective for the realization of the tripping stroke. The overrunning clutch may have a limited freewheel in both directions, so that the front panels for realizing the tripping stroke by manual tension or pressure without disturbing obstruction of the electric motor are movable.
Further details and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description of the figures. It shows or show:

Fig. 9
Fig. 10a, 10b
11a, 11b are schematic plan views of the corner cabinet with the two front panels in the rest position and with the front panels in the folded state, a schematic plan view of the drawer of the corner cabinet with the two front panels in the rest position, the folded position of the two front panels after activation of the electrical ejector, without causing the side walls of the drawer moved relative to the furniture body, the drawer of the corner cabinet in an open position, the drawer of the corner cabinet in a further open position, a perspective view of the corner cabinet with the furniture body arranged ejection device, an exploded view of the spring-loaded Pressure member for transmitting a movement of a front panel on the ejector and in the reverse direction, another embodiment of the invention, wherein the actuator at least one sensor for detecting a movement d it has front panels, an exploded view and a mounting position of a controllable by the sensor drive device for folding the front panels, the embodiment of the actuator of FIG. 9 with the front panels in rest position and in the folded state.
Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a corner cabinet 1 with a furniture body 2, wherein a plurality of superposed drawers 3 are mounted relative to the furniture body 2 in an extendable manner. The outer shape of the furniture body 2 is formed so that it is intended for installation in a corner of a room. The drawers 3 each have an inwardly angled front panel 4 with at least two front panels 4a, 4b, which are relative to each other and relative to the (not visible here) side walls 6a, 6b of the drawer 3 movably mounted. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the two front plates 4a, 4b are pivotable relative to each other about a substantially vertically extending pivot axis 5, so that the opening angle !, which the two front plates 4a, 4b enclose relative to one another, can be reduced before the drawers 3 are moved out. The two front plates 4a, 4b are thus about a substantially vertical pivot axis 5 between a first end position and a «· * * ♦ · · · Μ < The second end position is limitedly movably mounted, preferably within an angle range between 0 ° and 15 °.
Fig. 2a shows a schematic manner a typical installation situation of the corner cabinet 1 with the furniture body 2 and a drawer 3 which can be moved out in a plan view. The two front plates 4a, 4b of the front panel 4 are mounted pivotably about a vertical pivot axis 5 relative to one another and relative to the two side walls 6a, 6b of the drawer 3. In the closed position (FIG. 2 a), the two front panels 4 a, 4 b enclose an approximately rectangular opening angle (a) relative to each other so that the front panels 4 a, 4 b are substantially aligned with the front panels 7 of the adjacent cabinets 9. In order to prevent a collision of the front panels 4a, 4b with the front panels 7 of adjacent cabinets 8 during the opening process, the two front panels 4a, 4b can be moved relative to each other about the vertical pivot axis 5, so that these - as shown in Fig. 2b - a reduced opening angle (a1) relative to each other. As can be seen from the enlarged detail of Fig. 2b, the lateral edges of the front panels 4a, 4b were first moved past the front panel 7 of the adjacent cabinet 8. Only when the front panels 4a, 4b have assumed a relative position as shown in FIG. 2b with a predetermined opening angle (a1) can the drawer 3 be moved out of the furniture body 2 without the front panels 4a, 4b engaging with the front panels 7 of the adjacent Cabinets 8 collide.
The drawer 3 has an inwardly angled front panel 4 with relatively pivotable front panels 4a, 4b, so that the opening angle (a) shown in Fig. 2a on the in Fig. 2b shown opening angle (a1) is reducible. The drawer 3 has an inwardly angled rear wall 9, wherein adjacent to this rear wall 9, an electric discharge device 10 is mounted with a motor-driven ejection element 11 on the furniture body 2. The ejection device 10 comprises - as known per se-at least one (not shown here) electric drive unit for driving the ejection element 11. The ejection element 11 of the ejection device 10 is formed in the illustrated embodiment as a pivotally mounted ejection lever through which the drawer 3, starting from a closed End position in an open position can be ejected. By the electrical ejection device 10, the drawer 3 ausgeiöst by manual pulling or pressure on at least one of the two front plates 4a, 4b are moved from a closing pitch in an open position, wherein the opening angle (a), the front plates 4a, 4b include each other , before the 6th
Moving out of the drawer 3 from the furniture body 2 by an actuator 20 is reduced in size. The actuator 20 includes in the illustrated embodiment, a pivotable about the rotation axis P1 mounted pressure member 12 which abuts constantly by the force of a spring 18 on the back of the front panel 4a. With the pressure member 12, a steering linkage with a first lever 13a is connected, which is connected via a pivotally mounted deflecting part 14 (axis of rotation P2) with a second lever 13b. The second lever 13b of the steering linkage is coupled to a pivotally mounted fitting part 15 (axis of rotation P3) which, in the closed position of the drawer 3, rests loosely on the ejection element 11 of the ejection device 10.
Between the back of the two front panels 4a, 4b and the furniture body 2 remain gaps (preferably with a gap width between 2 mm and 6 mm), which allow a depression of the front panels 4a, 4b in the closing direction to trigger the touch-latch function. These gaps thus ensure sufficient play for the front panels 4a, 4b in their closed end position for movement in the direction of the furniture carcass 2 (FIG. 2a). The drawer 3 can be extended from the furniture body 2 starting from the position shown in Fig. 3 by manual pressure or pulling exercise on one of the two front panels 4a, 4b. By manual pressure on a front plate 4a, 4b, the first lever 13a in the direction of arrow X1 and the second lever in the direction of arrow X2 is moved, whereby the fitting part 15, the ejection element 11 of the ejection device 10 pushes. By pushing in the ejection element 11 registers the ejection device 10 that the ejection of the drawer 3 has to be made from the closed end position. Similarly, the ejection device 10 reacts to manual Zugaus exercise on one of the two front panels 4a, 4b, as in a manual suit of a front panel 4a, 4b, the lever 13a, 13b are moved against the arrow directions X1 and X2 and thus the fitting part 15 is subtracted from the ejection element 11 becomes what is recognized by the ejector 10 as a triggering stroke.
Fig. 4 shows the drawer 3, wherein after the activation of the ejection device 10, the ejection element 11 has been moved in the direction of the open position, but without the drawer 3 has moved out of the furniture body 2 or without causing a relative movement between the side walls 6a, 6b and the furniture body 2 takes place. By a movement of the ejection element 11 in the direction of the open position, the second lever 13b has been displaced in the direction of arrow X3 and the first lever 13a in the direction of arrow X4, wherein the front plates 4a, 4b are pivoted relative to each other via the pressure member 12 to reduce the opening angle (a) were. By a shutter lock 7 19 can ensure that the front panels 4a, 4b, as long as the drawer 3 is in an open position, remain in the folded position and do not abut when pushing the drawer 3 to the adjacent front panel 7. Such a shutter lock 19 is described, for example, in WO 2004/082431 A1.
Fig. 5 shows the situation in which the fitting 15 strikes by the application of the ejection element 11 at the back of the rear wall 9 of the drawer 3, whereupon in a further pivotal movement of the ejection element 11 in the open position, the drawer 3 now moved out of the furniture body 2 was, without causing the two front panels 4a, 4b collide with the front panels 7 of the adjacent cabinets 8 (Fig. 2a, 2b).
Fig. 6 shows a further open position of the drawer 3, wherein the ejection element 11 of the electrical discharge device 10 was automatically reset to a starting position for the next ejection operation. It can also be seen that, by the force of the spring 18 (preferably a leg spring), the first lever 13a has been pushed back again in the direction of arrow X1 and the second lever 13b in the direction of arrow X2, so that the fitting part 15 has also been pushed back into the original starting position. so that after the insertion of the drawer 3 in the furniture body 2 of the next ejection process - as shown in Fig. 3 - can begin.
Fig. 7 shows a perspective view of the corner cabinet 1, which has a furniture body 2 and an extendable drawer 3. The drawer 3 has front panels 4a, 4b, which are pivotally mounted relative to each other and movable relative to the side walls 6a, 6b of the drawer 3. The rear wall 9 of the drawer 3 is also angled inwardly, wherein the ejector device 10 fixed to the furniture body 2 can be effective with the ejection element 11 on the back of the rear wall 9, on at least one side wall 6a, 6b and / or on a moving part. The drawer 3 is movable relative to the furniture body 2 via known drawer extension guides 21.
8 shows a perspective view of the pressure part 12, which is mounted so as to be pivotable about a rotation axis P1 relative to a base part 12a to be fastened fixedly to the drawer 3. The pressure member 12 is acted upon by a spring 18, which is preferably designed as a leg spring. By the spring 18, on the one hand, the pressure member 12 is constantly pressed against the back of a front panel 4a, 4b, on the other hand, by the spring 18, the fitting part 15 (Fig. 6) after the ejection of the drawer 3 back into a
Starting position for the next ejection process resettable. Thus, a movement of the ejection element 11 on the front plates 4a, 4b and, conversely, a movement of the front plates 4a, 4b on the ejection element 11 of the ejection device 10 can be transmitted via the spring 18. The pressure part 12 has an adjusting device 22, by means of which the relative position of the first lever 13a (FIG. 3) relative to the pressure part 12 is adjustable. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the adjusting device 22 has a plurality of attachment points 22a for the first lever 13a predetermined in the depth direction of the drawer 3. In this way, a proper position of the first lever 13a defined relative to the pressure member 12 and any tolerances occurring can be compensated.
9 shows a perspective partial view of the corner cabinet 1 in a view from below, wherein instead of the previously shown levers 13a, 13b, at least one sensor 23 is provided, by means of which manual pulling or pushing is detectable on at least one front panel 4a, 4b, wherein the signals of the sensor 23 to the actuator 20 and / or the ejector 10 (Fig. 7) can be fed. The sensor 23 may, for example, be designed as a pressure switch which generates a corresponding signal when manual pressure is exerted on at least one front panel 4a, 4b in the direction of the furniture carcass 2 and drives a, preferably electric, drive device 24, through which the two front panels 4a, 4b are used to reduce the size enclosed opening angle (a) are movable. The drive device 24 may in this case comprise an electric motor through which two lever arms 26a, 26b are movable via cooperating toothings 25a, 25b. The lever arms 26a, 26b are L-shaped in the embodiment shown, wherein the shorter legs of the L-shaped lever arms 26a, 26b rest loosely on the back of the two front plates 4a, 4b. Now, when the sensor 23 is activated by operation of a front plate 4a, 4b, the lever arms 26a, 26b are collapsed by the electric drive device 24 so that the front plates 4a, 4b abutting thereto are also moved to reduce the included opening angle (a). The signals of the sensor 23 can also be supplied to the ejection device 10, which moves the drawer 3 out of the furniture carcass 2 out of the closed end position after folding the front plates 4a, 4b together. To ensure that the two front plates 4a, 4b have been pivoted as intended relative to each other, limit switches can be provided by which a folded position of the two front plates 4a, 4b with the predetermined opening angle (a1) is detectable to each other. Alternatively, it may be provided that the motor of the electric drive device 25 is to be moved over a predetermined rotation angle range (e.g., via an incremental encoder) before the ejection device 10 (Figure 7) can be triggered. If the motor of the drive device 24 is designed to be self-locking, it can be provided between the drive device 24 and the cooperating teeth 25a, 25b, a freewheel clutch having a freewheel in both directions, so that on the front plates 4a, 4b without obstructing the engine of the drive device 24 can be pulled and pressed.
Fig. 10a shows an exploded view of a drive device 24 for folding the front panels 4a, 4b in a possible embodiment. The drive device 24 comprises a base plate 27 to be fastened to the drawer 3 and an electric motor 28, by means of which the cooperating toothings 25a, 25b and thus the two lever arms (and thus the two front plates 4a, 4b) are moved. The two lever arms 25a, 25b are respectively connected to the two gears 25a, 25b, as shown in Fig. 10b. For electrical supply to the motor 28, an electrical (and preferably windable) supply line can be provided, through which the motor 28 - which can travel along with it during the extension movement of the drawer 3 - can be supplied with electrical energy.
Fig. 11a shows a schematic plan view of the corner cabinet 1 with the furniture body 2 and the extendable drawer 3, wherein the two front panels 4a, 4b are shown in the rest position. By applying pressure to one of the two front plates 4a, 4b, sensors 23 (FIG. 11b) can be activated, wherein the signals of the sensors 23 can be fed to the actuator 20 and / or the ejection device 10. Only after the two front plates 4a, 4b have been pivoted to one another in a position as shown in FIG. 11b, the drawer 3 is moved by the ejection element 11 of the ejection device 10 in an open position. The transmission of the signals of the at least one sensor 23 can be carried out in wireless (in particular radio) or cable-guided manner. In addition to the design of the sensor 23 as an electrical switching contact, the sensor can also be designed as an optical sensor, through which a relative movement of the front plates 4a, 4b can be detected and by the ejector 10 and / or the actuator 20 is controlled.
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments shown, but includes any technical equivalents that may fall within the scope of the following claims. Also, the location information chosen in the description, such as top, bottom, side, left, right, etc. referred to the immediately described and illustrated 10 figure and are mutatis mutandis transferred to the new situation in a change in position.
